She provided an incredibly professional service and was understanding and helpful when my plans changed again and again and again.
She was willing to meet me whenever I needed to see her and consulted with me numerous times on the morning of the wedding to ensure that everything was 100%.
My flowers were perfect and everything was ready long before we needed it.
I am so thankful that I chose to use he to help me with my special day as everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend Chanel to any other prospective brides - her prices are very competitive, but it is her calm and 'can do' attitude that makes her so different from other wedding planners.

After finding Chanel, I felt very relieved not only with her service but her affordability. I was even more impressed with her willingness to meet me up in Durban when she travelled up to the flower mark, etc. When I needed decor hire, Chanel was more than capable and willing to source items that she didn't stock personally! This made my life so much easier as well.
I felt that after I chatted to Chanel regarding the feel and theme of my wedding, she was on the same wave length as I was. Every problem I had, she had the solution.
On the day of my wedding, I received so many compliments from my family that helped with the wedding setup. Chanel's efficiency, skill and personality left us with big smiles on our faces.
